- Adjust Insurance Claims: Handle insurance claims efficiently and effectively.
- Provide Legendary Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service to our insured members.
- Interpret Policy and Identify Coverage: Understand and apply insurance policy details.
- Assess Claims and Negotiate Settlements: Evaluate claims and negotiate settlements with claimants.
- Training: Participate in a 6-week training program focused on insurance claims handling and our claims processing procedures and systems.
- Education: A bachelor’s degree (4-year) is preferred, but an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Prior Claims Experience: No previous claims experience is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities.
- Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal capabilities.
- Independence and Adaptability: Ability to work independently and adapt to changing circumstances.
The starting pay range for this position is $25.48 – $28.03 per hour, and you will have the opportunity to participate in our incentive program based on your team and individual performance.
