Summary
ARCSmart Solutions is seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative with a focus on Technical Support. In this role, you will provide assistance to customers, offering technical support and solutions to resolve their issues. This position requires strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a knack for de-escalating situations.
Skills/Qualifications
- Strong multitasking skills, including the ability to converse while navigating a CRM platform simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using at least two or more computer applications and programs simultaneously.
- Excellent active listening and communication skills, with a good sense of judgment, patience, understanding, and the ability to de-escalate customer concerns while resolving their issues.
- The capability to articulate troubleshooting steps clearly and concisely to all customers, including those who are elderly, hard of hearing, or lack internet knowledge.
- Basic knowledge of the following equipment and products: Modem, IPS, Upload/Download, Internet speed/service, Router, Broadband satellite internet, and VOIP.
- 6 months of call center experience preferred.
- 6 months of technical support call center experience preferred.
Pay and Work Hours
- Salary: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour.
- Operating hours: 7 days a week, from 5 am to 10 pm.
- 100% attendance and schedule flexibility required.
- Shifts range from a 5 am start to a 1 pm start, based on business needs and performance.
