Summary
The LaSalle Network is collaborating with one of Arizona’s largest healthcare systems to find an Accounts Payable Specialist for their team. Reporting directly to the AP Manager and with direct communication to upper management, this role is part of a 15-member AP team. The company offers comprehensive training and the chance to work closely with a senior team member during the training period.

Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities
- Process approximately 250 invoices weekly through two-way and three-way matching.
- Liaise with vendors to address discrepancies.
- Distribute invoices for PO creation, approvals, and coding.
- Collaborate with the AP manager to enhance processes across the entire AP cycle.
- Reconcile vendor statements.
- Assist with month-end closing activities from an accounts payable perspective, including journal entries.
- Provide exceptional customer service to meet the needs of both internal and external customers.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
Accounts Payable Specialist Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience, involving the processing of over 200 invoices per week.
- Proficiency in 2-way and 3-way matching.
- Experience with a major ERP system like SAP or Oracle is highly desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
